We have supplied AC VFD panel from ABB, Allen Bradley,Mitsubishi and Danfoss as per requirement of various Industries mainly pharma, plastic and packaging all over India. This gives smarter control over motor as well as power saving.This panel have bypass mode to insure motor performance  with and without VFD which is easy changeover to user on VFD.

We have successfully retrofitted injection molding machine from 30 Ton to 3000 Ton by Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley and Keba PLC. We also incorporated servo motor in place of traditional induction motor and also VFD for better power saving on RAM,Toggle and Two Platen Injection Molding machine.

The MBT31 is a RTD/Pt100 (Pt1000) temperature sensor designed and constructed specifically for measuring industrial engine fluids such as industrial lube oil, diesel oil, heavy fuel oil, supply gas, raw water or treated water.

The MBT19 sensor series temperature sensor uses an interchangeable platinum probe (PT100 or PT1000) and is adapted for fluid temperature measurement up to 150°C. This sensor is designed and constructed specifically for measuring industrial engine fluids such as industrial lube oil, diesel oil, heavy fuel oil, supply gas, raw water or treated water.

The MBT2 is a RTD/Pt100 (Pt1000) temperature sensor designed and constructed specifically for measuring inudustrial engine fluids temperatures such as industrial lube oil, diesel oil, heavy fuel oil, supply gas, raw water or treated water.

The MBT1 sensor series is specifically designed and manufactured for temperature measurement of fluids and charge air circulation associated with ndustrial lube oil, diesel oil, heavy fuel oil, supply gas, raw water, treated water, compressed air and super charged air.

The MTS exhaust valve wall temperature sensor is able to provide advanced warning in case of valve leakage, breakdown or defective cooling. The MTS sensor uses a “K” type thermocople for high reliability with a unviersal read out and easy connection.

Thanks to a 4-20mA output, direct reading of the measure value is indicated without use of an external converter.
